2015 Somerville Baseball Voluntary Conditioning/Off-Season Training
For those student athletes that are not involved in a fall sport are highly encouraged to join the baseball team in the weight room for voluntary weight and conditioning. Teams, who take this aspect of the game seriously, will see results in the spring. Also, players should be involved in some sort of baseball training: whether if it is at Full Count Baseball, Zoned, Diamondjacks, or simply hitting and throwing on your own.
